"I am the resurrection
and the life. He who
believes in me will live,
even though he dies;..."
John 11:25
May
the
Lord
Jesus
Christ,
who,
dying
for
the
salvation
of
the
whole
world,
rose
this
day
from
the
dead,
mortify
you
from
your
sins
by
his
resurrection.
Amen.
And may he, who, by the gibbet of the cross
destroyed
the
rule
of
death,
grant
you
a
portion
in
the
life
of
blessedness.
Amen.
So that you, who celebrate this day of
resurrection
with
joy
in
this
world,
may
attain
the
company
of
the
saints
in
the
heavenly
kingdom.
Amen.
Through the aid of his mercy, who with God
the
Father
and
the
Holy
Spirit
lives
and
reigns
one
God,
world
without
end.
Amen.

Tell me the story of Jesus,
Born in a manger low,
Angels announced with rapture,
When He came to the earth long ago.
Tell me the story of Jesus,
How he taught and healed sinful men,
He called even little children,
How I'd love to have been here then.
Tell me the story of Jesus,
How He rose and came from the tomb,
Breaking the death bands asunder,
No longer we fear it's dark gloom.
Tell me the story of Jesus,
Tell it o'er mountain and glen,
Some day, I know we shall see Him,
Some day, He is coming again.
